4.2. Contact form submissions are stored in a Supabase database with row-level security policies. Access is restricted to authorized Allen Creative personnel.
4.3. We use HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers.
4.4. While we implement commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.1. Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or for the duration of an active engagement, whichever is longer.
5.2. Project-related data is retained for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months to support warranty obligations and transition assistance.
5.3. Analytics data is retained in anonymized form and governed by Google Analytics' data retention policies.
